Terms of Service

1. About these terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms. Where a signed service agreement or purchase contract exists between us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

2. Our services

We provide procurement and sourcing services including supplier identification and verification, procurement management, quality control and inspection coordination, freight forwarding and customs documentation support.

We act as your procurement agent. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we are not the manufacturer of the goods and do not provide the manufacturer's warranty.

3. Quotations

Quotations are based on the specification, quantity and timeline you supply and are valid for the period stated. Supplier pricing, freight rates and exchange rates can move; where they do, a revised quotation will be issued for your approval before the order proceeds.

4. Orders and payments

Orders proceed only on written confirmation from you. Payment milestones are agreed in advance and stated on the proforma or service invoice.

Production usually begins once the agreed deposit is received. Balance payments fall due at the milestone stated, typically after satisfactory inspection and before shipment release.

5. Inspection and quality

Where inspection is included, goods are checked against the approved specification and a report is issued. Defects identified are raised with the supplier for correction before release.

Acceptance of goods after delivery does not remove your obligation to notify us promptly of any discrepancy so that a claim can be raised in time.

6. Delivery timelines

Lead times are estimates based on supplier commitments and carrier schedules. We keep you informed of changes, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including port congestion, customs inspection, weather or force majeure events.

7. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the specification you provide, for holding any import permits or licences required in the destination country, and for the payment of duties and taxes unless we have agreed a delivered-duty-paid arrangement in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's commercial information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the service fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.
